They are great for focus pad work and bag work. I've not used them for sparring as yet, but imagine they will be just as comfortable then too.They allow for really good feel while going through striking drills, and remain nice and secure while striking.I found the velcro closure a bit tricky at first, as the first part of it passes through the gloves cuff. But once you've got used to it they are really easy to get on and get comfortable.I would happily recommend them to anyone that is looking for a pair of high quality gloves for martial arts use. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ comfortable and nice design *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 5 November 2018* when i initially bought the gloves i thought they were too tight but it turned out i just didn't notice a second strap which opens the glove.
