I removed the plush velour outer cover, unzipped the inner white protective cover and repositioned the memory foam bits to fill the limp gaps. Allowed it to expand for 24 hours before putting back in the velvety covers. Such a snug plumpy fit! Me and my household are properly enjoying both these purchases! They are sturdy, well made, well stitched, they ooze comfort. Covers are washable. Filling can be topped up over time if need be. What’s not to like? See pics. I bought the 18” size but I wish I’d bought the 24” size as it doesn’t support my neck enough unfortunately, I’m 5 foot, to give an indication of the height of the back of the cushion.
