I have been using for over a month now. The chair is pretty good for the price. It's comfortable to sit for long hours (I'm a software engineer so I can attest to sitting on it over 5-6hrs continuously). I haven't even taken the plastic off of the seat and it's still somehow breathable and the cushion is still unaffected. The only nitpicks I have are that the handles on either side are a little flimsy and they don't align at the exact same height. And once the seat is put on the pump, it doesn't come out easily. I forgot to put the covers on the pump before placing the seat and so now I can't add it. Maybe add this part to the manual.Other than this, it's really a solid and good quality chair that looks pretty good as well (loved the color). Assembly was pretty straightforward took me about half hour. Using the box it came in as base for assembly helped xD.

Good chair for office work and assembly is easy. We can do it ourselves. Hand supporters are good on either side and also hydraulic is good for adjusting the chair height. The only issue I found is back support. The back support should have been sturdier. That is the reason for 4 star or else remaining are good.

UPDATED REVIEW:Initially, I was quite disappointed with the product I received — it had hidden damages as you see from the 1st picture, and the plastic quality felt cheap. I had seen similar complaints on their own website but chose to ignore them, hoping I’d be lucky. Sadly, I wasn’t.However, after I posted my review, the company reached out to me and offered a replacement. While the replacement did take some time to arrive, I truly appreciate the fact that they acknowledged the issue and took action. That really shows they care about their customers.I've attached a photo of the replacement I received. This kind of follow-up was unexpected, and I'm glad to see the brand taking responsibility and maintaining service quality. Great one for everyone recommended if you are looking for low cost chair with high quality. Back support is also amazing as for people who has height below of 5.6 feet. Easy of assembly all things are provided even the tightening tools. I have used this chair for last 2months. I don't have any issues with chair yet honestly zero complaint.

The chair is the best for the price. It provides excellent back support, as well as having adjustable armrests. I would prefer this chair to anyone looking for one in this price range. It is also highly durable and easy to assemble. On top of this, it has excellent stability as well.
