I scoop the appropriate amount, fill with cold water, place the lid/motor back on, invert it and blend. The blender auto stops after 30 seconds - so I let it run its timer down. Sure the high power makes it very frothy but it is completely blended. Hand mixing doesn't do as good as a job. Even using those 2L jugs with a special impeller blade built into the lid. Doing that for 30 seconds still leaves undissolved powder at the bottom. Only by using my inverted blender can I get it fully mixed! Review: Love this stuff.
