They really do work! Buy them!
We purchased these to help with the biome of the mouth! We have found they work very well for us. My wife had bleeding gums until she used these tablets; very pleased to say they worked very well to end the bleeding and to encourage the good bacteria to populate the mouth. Have already repurchased and will continue with this excellent product!

Noticed some difference
I use these every night before bed. I haven't noticed a difference in my teeth or guns but I've noticed my tongue appears much healthier in colour.Slightly odd taste but you get used to them.

I wanted the bacteria to do the job but I think the zinc is doing all the job of mouth refreshing, therefore the result is very short lasting.
