The connector is 180 degrees opposite the connector on the camera and will not insert.With a very sharp blade, I had to trim the cord's connector so it would fit. I then was able to use it, albeit using a zip tie to keep it from coming off. Didn't want the hassle of returning it and buying directly from Arlo.
