Normally a nine and a half would give me plenty of room, but these are quite snug, however the fact that they don't move around is actually quite comfy and with the wide fitting they suit me well.Like others have said the sewn in tongue makes it a bit of a job to get them on but once on they feel good.I bought them for the gym so will update after I've been.01/05/17 Yep trainers did good in the gym, very supportive.

A lightweight training shoe which is fine for gym work but I would not like to run great distances outdoors in them. They have a slightly cheap feel about them (probably to do with the materials used) and the sewn in tongue can make putting them on a little tricky. Once on they are comfortable and as a general trainer I would say good value for money.

Brilliant thank you, ultra fast despatch and delivery. They are lightweight and the soles are flared out slightly for improved balance. As they have a sewn up tongue you have to force your foot inside but it ensures a snug fit, I could train without tieing the laces! Very comfortable also, they hug your feet as they should.
