The egg shaped one is really nice. It is soft/gel like and has helped with my therapy. The variable, lager device allows for increase in strength. The max is definitely strong enough. The ring one is pretty low resistance and almost not that helpful for me. The one that has springs for each finger doesnt feel too durable. The one with the fingers is a bit hard for me, but also means it is a good workout. Overall, i think the big grip, egg, and finger ones are the best. For the price, it's worth it since it's still cheaper than other products on the marked.

Misleading my boyfriends always been hot, however. These helped make his forearms (even bigger than they already were) and just yes. 10/10, give to your nerdy bf so he can just workout while he codes or whatever.
