What should other customers know, asks Amazon? First things first - once you've managed to access and use the drives, they are good. I have bought 5 in the past. The issue - and the thing that will definitely stop me ever buying these again, is the problems and issues making them visible on your PC. After googling and watching loads of YouTube videos explaining the convoluted and needlessly complicated way these things are made visible, even then, it still takes hours and has me calling in advice and help from tech experts. I simply cannot believe that these can't be made easier to access. Every time I go through this turmoil, but none so bad as these two 6tb drives I bought a few days ago. So long, G-Drive. You're just not worth the stress anymore.
