The material is somewhat flexible, so with your 5.5" blade, it should fit perfectly. This is a very nice cover, hope it works out for you. **Q: does it work with a seemore SI2? does it have velcro or magnets to close?** A: Not familiar with the S12 but I purchased this for my Ping Scottsdale putter and it works perfectly. It's Velcro, not magnetic.
