Review: Works well but takes up a lot of space - I ordered this heated dryer because it was a great price and we needed something to help our clothes dry during the winter without having to leave the central heating on for prolonged periods of time. Pros It works effectively and heats up quickly. It was ready to be used straight out of the box with no set up needed. Its straight forward to fold up. Cons There’s no automatic switch off or timer so it’s very easy to leave on overnight/forget about. It also takes up quite a lot of space and looking back I wish I had purchased a tall heated dryer that takes up less floor space.

**Q: Is this filled with oil or something else to generate heat**
A: The AMOS 230 folding dryer is very light and most unlikely to be oil filled. Most likely to be a heated wire inside a ceramic or some other insulating sheath within the aluminium tubing of the dryer

**Q: whats the maximum weight it  can take?**
A: Not sure but I hang lots of fairly wet clothes on it (I hand wash and hand wring) it appears strong. I love it, it's very wide and you can get lots on.

I ordered this heated dryer because it was a great price and we needed something to help our clothes dry during the winter without having to leave the central heating on for prolonged periods of time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for drying

First of all lower your crazy high expectations. If you're someone who hasn't had one and is expecting the power of the sun. Then. Nope. And it's not as quick as a tumble dryer. That said I believe it's tones cheaper to run. And I can clear a whole clothes airer in a day presuming they're not too wet. If soaking it will take a day+. But for the ones who just want to help dry off there clothes abit quicker at a cost. Keep in mind energy is 12p-34p a day to run this and it adds up quickly. Also a note I find if you wrap one clothes item around it top and bottom you Maximise heat exposure. Plus cover in a second item it gets super toasty and drys the first item quicker while also getting a second. Another boring tip is put lots of underwear on the wings and tent them in a t shirt. All gets dryer quicker especially the underwear / small items.
