I totally bought it because of that and because I saw a review that talked about how it was firm but pliable enough so it can spread the diaper cream easily. It’s been great and one of the best purchases for a newborn. Diaper changes are already messy and this is one extra thing to make them a little cleaner. I started to use this by applying cream directly to baby but changed and I’m now applying it to the diaper instead. Much cleaner and easy to do. Definitely recommend.

I totally bought it because of that and because I saw a review that talked about how it was firm but pliable enough so it can spread the diaper cream easily. It’s been great and one of the best purchases for a newborn. Diaper changes are already messy and this is one extra thing to make them a little cleaner. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Helpful but not a must-have

Very helpful for applying diaper rash cream, which is the only cream that bothers me to touch (why is it so gritty?). I wipe the excess on the diaper but still end up needing to use a wipe to clean the applicator so it feels somewhat wasteful. But if you are texture sensitive, definitely not bad to have.
