I thought I was sent something different but it was correct. I was so sure this wasn’t going to work out for my needs. I was so wrong… It actually worked very well for home made soup. The pasta stars didn’t get that much bigger, not as big as I wanted it but it still worked out great with everything added to it. So the chicken stars soup I made with this came out good. It tasted delicious and I used a serving for each bowl. Cooking time is the same as any pasta. The versatility isn’t there when it comes to different meals so I recommend only soups and with soups with a bunch of stuff added to it. Review: Italian comfort food - Pastina is the Italian comfort food. It is impossible to find in stores, so I but it here in multiples to always have on hand. I like it with just butter and parmesan, but it would work well worth a light sauce or broth. It takes just minutes to cook, and is perfect for when you aren't feeling well. ## Features - The information below is per-pack only - PASTINA PASTA: Pastina are classic tiny pasta stars that serve as many children’s introduction to the delicious world of pasta - BARILLA PASTA: Made with durum wheat to deliver great taste and perfect "al dente" texture every time - CREATE DELICIOUS PASTA MEALS: Parents choose Barilla Pastina pasta because it is made from high-quality durum wheat enriched with essential nutrients (thiamin, iron, riboflavin and niacin) and is easily digested; Delicious in soups and simple broths - COOKS TO PERFECTION EVERY TIME: Perfect pasta in 6-7 minutes - NON-GMO & KOSHER CERTIFIED PASTA: Barilla Pastina pasta is crafted with high quality Non-GMO ingredients and is kosher certified - UNCOMPROMISING QUALITY, TRUSTED FOR GENERATIONS: A family-owned Italian company making pasta since 1877, Barilla brings you the best pasta made with care and high quality ingredients for perfect al dente pasta every time ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0D185GS19 | | Allergen Information | Wheat | | Best Sellers Rank | #4,387 in Grocery & Gourmet Food ( See Top 100 in Grocery & Gourmet Food ) #24 in Italian Pasta | | Brand | Barilla | | Brand Name | Barilla | | Coin Variety 1 | Pastina | | Container Type | Box | | Cuisine | Italian cuisine | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 out of 5 stars 1,202 Reviews | | Diet Type | Kosher | | Flavor | Pastina | | Item Package Weight | 1.49 kg | | Item Type Name | food | | Item Weight | 3 pounds | | Manufacturer | Barilla | | Model Number | 47 | | Number of Items | 4 | | Number of Pieces | 4 | | Package Information | Box | | Package Size Name | 12 Ounce (Pack of 4) | | Part Number | 47 | | Size | 12 Ounce (Pack of 4) | | Specialty | Vegetarian | | Unit Count | 48 Ounce | | Variety | Pastina | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Barilla - **Item Weight:** 3 pounds - **Number of Items:** 4 - **Package Information:** Box - **Variety:** Pastina ## Images ![Barilla Pastina Pasta, 12 oz.
