It's great at work; I can brew a cup of tea and use the leaves later on in the day, or even the next few days. Recently I used it to brew some Chinese black tea that a colleague was given by a student. He said it tasted better than he'd ever experienced that tea. (He'd been using a regular teacup infuser/strainer.)Some reviewers have said that the ball gets stuck. Yes, it can get stuck if you let the strainer dry right side up. Dry it upside down (as the directions say), and the ball will not stick in place. Also, you can remove the plastic stick that operates the ball by twisting the stick and pulling it up and out of the strainer. Then the ball will move, and you can easily replace the stick. I learned this from the owner of Bana Tea Company, who has been very responsive to emails about this product and others from her company. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for work! *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on July 10, 2013* I've used this almost every day at work since I got it. It's very easy and all I need is the heated water from the water cooler! The Puerh tea that comes with it is good. I've never had it before so I can't say if it's good for that type of tea but I enjoy it with a little bit of honey. I am usually a black tea with milk and sugar kind of gal but this one is nice and earthy. Great find for anyone who wants a boost at work but doesn't want to drink all that coffee!
