I have used other grabbers and these are of better quality.The kit includes a shower tool for use with feet, etc. **Q: Does it come with instructions?** A: I seem to recall a small leaflet with some instructions for the sock-putter-on device, but I had attended a joint replacement class in which this was demonstrated, so I did not read the instructions. All of the other items don't really need any instructions. It is now 4 weeks since my hip replacement, and I have used all of the items with success.
