Chose this propagator as it is more compact than others as the trays fit across rather than lengthways.The product feels sturdy and the trays are of good quality.Apart from that it works as well as otherheated propagators that we have.

Design faults spoil this propagator.

I was very disappointed with this propagator as the lids are not as high as I was hoping for as I always plant my tomatoe seeds fibre pots so you don't get root disturbance when it comes to planting on ,it also grows much stronger plants.I would have thought the manufacture would have made the lids higher for those of us who want to grow this way.Also the vents in the lids are very difficult to open as the vent openings are very poor to operate as they have not got section large enough to move,any one who have arthritic fingers would be struggling .I have job to open them as I have a plate in a wrist which in turn makes it a job to open some things .I have not used the propagator yet so do not know how well it works but just by looking at it you can see there is a lot of design faults that need sorting.
