I've been taking this for a week shy of 3 months. Its helped with curbing my appetite. This past weekend I noticed that I wasn't hungry upon waking. I've been eating two big high protein meals, one at lunch and the other at dinner. I've also noticed my weight decreasing and being steady. It takes time to see results, but so far, it's worth it. It's a good value for the price.
