These adapt a Japanese style battery post (skinny) to work with US terminals. I have been a mechanic for many years and ordered a battery for a Japanese generator. First battery I had ever seen with this size post. The generator had the terminal ends already changed for a US battery. I could not find the original Japanese terminals. These adaptors made it work.
