I was really pleased at 1st because he shipped it out to me right away--but then it arrived missing the AC adapter for the unit. It had been listed as being in working condition(How was I supposed to operate it without the adapter?)Long story short I sent him several very pleasant emails over the past week but once again to no avail. I contacted the PDP company in Arizona and they were extremely nice and helpful and let me know the info I needed for purchasing a replacement adapter. Long story short I purchased this high quality adapter by Outtag here on Amazon and it arrived today. SUCCESS!!--I hooked it up to my PDP AMP360 Speaker Dock a short while ago--you will need to set it at the 12 volt level. Also you may have to gently rock the connector back and forth several times before it goes in securely.
