I really like the zipper to close in the front because I have reduced range in my shoulders and chest. The fabric over the top and bottom of the zipper protects my overly sensitive skin. I keep the pads in to even out my shape and give me a curve shape. I'm 5'3". Initially I weighed 175lbs and wore 38C. I bought XL per Amazon. The bottom band laid comfortably over my drain tubes without pinching. After the drains were removed, the XL fit well enough. 10 months later, I'm 165lbs. After wearing XL all day and having hot flashes, the lower band leaves slight impressions in my skin. I've come back purchasing XXL. It seems to fit better under my boobs. Measuring under my boobs is 34". When I measure over my tissue expanders, it's 40". ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not good as a post surgery bra *by S***2 on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on July 13, 2022* I bought this based upon the reviews and description for being good for post surgery. I had shoulder surgery and this was impossible to zipper. The zipper was too small to maneuver and wouldn’t stay in positioned to zip up. It’s comfortable but if you are buying it for post surgery (specifically shoulder), I recommend something else. If you are just looking for a zipper bra without surgery, this is comfortable. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfortable to wear, a little tricky to zip *by E***G on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on October 1, 2021* I purchased this to wear after heart surgery. It worked and I'm glad I have it for ordinary wear as well. It feels good. I would give it 5 stars if there was a hook and eye at the top so you could close the top, then insert the zipper at the bottom and zip it up.
