The magnets are evenly distributed along the seam, which is a crucial detail for effective sealing. The Velcro strip along the frame is also robust and appears to have good adhesive qualities. Installation was a breeze, living up to the "easy installation" promise. The kit typically includes: The Screen Door Itself: Pre-folded or rolled, with the magnetic closure already integrated. Velcro Strips: One side adheres to the door frame, the other to the screen. Small Tacks/Thumbtacks: For extra security, often included. The instructions are generally straightforward: clean the door frame, adhere the Velcro, and then attach the screen. The self-adhesive Velcro stuck well to our painted wooden door frame, and the option of using the included tacks offered peace of mind for a more permanent hold.
