It even has a mute feature so its already quiet motor can barely be heard when engaged. It’s has only been installed for several weeks, but we’ve had several days over 100 degrees and the unit has cooled the bedroom perfectly.
Review: 12KBTU units work well and are quiet and efficient. Heat and cool. - Work great. I have purchased over 4 units and all are working. I use the 115VAC model because I operate my home on solar. Very efficient on power use and QUIET!. Don't waste your money on noisy window mount units. Takes 4-6 hours to install, If you have an AC friend that can vacuum the lines after install, verify no leaks, just open the valves on the compressor unit and it is pre-filled with refrigerant.

Work great. I have purchased over 4 units and all are working. I use the 115VAC model because I operate my home on solar. Very efficient on power use and QUIET!. Bought this 7/2/24. It worked well until 3 months ago. Stopped heating. Checked the refrigerant and it was ok tried to find the temperature sensor and no one has it. Had I known I wouldn't have bought it. Can't find parts.
