There are quite a few features that I find very useful. It is folding which helps a lot for transport & space saving. It comes with accessories. It uses wide elastic bands to store the accessories to the bottom of the table. It has adjustable legs to get the right height. It has removable arm pads and adjustable face cradle. The carrying case makes it easy to transport and store. It's plenty long enough for my 6'-2" husband. The table has a removable pad that can be used as a face cradle also. When I purchased it I didn't realize we also had to pay for delivery which brought the price up to around $100. Normally I would have skipped it because of that but I'm glad I didn't. It's a really good table for my purposes. I've only had this table for about a week so I don't know how well it will hold up over time but it seems like it'll last awhile.
