A: No it cannot, but it is a great purse.  Just large enough and still lightweight.

**Q: Is the video the medium or large bag?**
A: I think the bag in the video is the medium.  I have the large.  It’s a great size for travel.  I highly recommend.  It’s identical to the Longchamp bag that is over $100

**Q: Is it made in China?**
A: I'M  NOT  SURE, HOWEVER  THE  BAG IS  FOR  SURE  ONE OF THE  BEST  BAGS I'VE  EVER  CARRIED.

**Q: Will color bleed if rained on?**
A: No, it's water resistant.  I had water spilled on mine and it wiped right off.  Obviously, I wouldn't leave it out in the rain, but I have had mine over a year, and it still looks great.
