My friend and I both own this pressure washer. He's had nothing but problems with his, and has had to replace the hose after only a few uses. The company did not make it easy to get assistance, it took 3 weeks. I get mine and it's barely a garden hose. Motor turns on and off when it feels like it. Then mine starts to leak up inside the reel just like his did. These things are absolute junk. It's a shame because I love the way the hose comes out and goes in. Especially after both of us having issues, I really hope you will read this and save yourself the time and aggravation we've had.

I am not a fussy customer. My standards are simple: Send me what I pay for and the product MUST do what you claim it will do. My friend and I both own this pressure washer. He's had nothing but problems with his, and has had to replace the hose after only a few uses. The company did not make it easy to get assistance, it took 3 weeks. I get mine and it's barely a garden hose. Motor turns on and off when it feels like it. Then mine starts to leak up inside the reel just like his did. These things are absolute junk. It's a shame because I love the way the hose comes out and goes in. Especially after both of us having issues, I really hope you will read this and save yourself the time and aggravation we've had.
