I found this recommended in an online review and gave it a try. I am very happy with it after the first few months. It is not as pretty as the grey leather I had, but it is just as comfortable in hand. It does not stretch and give like the leather but that has actually helped stop the pulling. It seems very strong and yet is VERY lightweight. It took some getting used to, it feels like there is nothing between us! At first, I wished it was a bit longer, but that too has helped with his training and calming him down on walks, and he hasn't gotten tangled in it once! Later I may get the longer one too. Most importantly, the connector seems very trustworthy. The way the latch fits in the groove, it cannot loosen and wobble. Also, knowing a lifetime warranty is offered gave me reason to believe the quality would be there.
