Work better than expected. They are exactly as advertised. Anyone saying they are difficult to work didnt read the instructions. The settings are clearly labeled and it is easy to dim. I think the 5 different brughtnesses makes it very versatile. I personally like the 2nd dimest for my smaller rooms and the brightest/second brightest for my larger rooms.
