It’s very sheer, so you have to use several coats. But then they dry sticky, and the paint clings to itself and tears away. It is a dotted outline design of a snowman with a couple different colors. I have washed it a few times and still looks good. **Q: can you thin this paint with water?** A: I have not tried thinning the paint myself and I looked on the packaging and it did not say anything about thinning the paint.
