Review: Healthy and Great Tasting - We appreciate that every time we receive the Ziyad Zaatar, it’s fresh and sealed tight. The quality and taste of the Zaatar is great. And just as importantly, so is the packaging. We buy when it’s on sale, making the value for the money worth it. We mix olive oil with it and spread it on a flat bread, bake with onion slivers for just a few minutes and serve as a meal or a snack with veggies and olives on the side. Delicious and healthy. Are all the ingredients from outside of usa? There is stg wrong with wheat in usa..I really want to buy this.** A: This zaatar is imported from Jordan and it does include wheat, there are several other brands that we sell at our store that don't contain wheat **Q: Is this the same as Ziyad brand Green Zaatar or Zatar? Does this contain cracked wheat, but omitted in product description?** A: I don't think there is cracked wheat in this. I use it for Greek seasoning like on hummus, tabouli, etc.. It will last for a very long time. **Q: Is it ground or whole?** A: This is ground up Sumac. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Healthy and Great Tasting *by W***M on 26 September 2026* We appreciate that every time we receive the Ziyad Zaatar, it’s fresh and sealed tight.
