All you have to do is follow the simple recipe on bottle and your plates will be perfect every time. I use brown rice for grain spawn, so after I do the 2 minute boil on the rice I literally just take the rice water and mix it with the Agar Agar and I get the strongest, healthiest plates I've ever seen.
