A: Double A or Triple A, I don't remember.

**Q: How do i get the seasoning put together amd what are the extra two blue circles for ?**
A: The green circle is a lid for the ketchup. The seasoning just pushes together. Looks like a mushroom.

**Q: How many inches from the floor to the grill surface?**
A: It stands about  2 feet tall, my grandkids are 3 and 4 and they love it.  They have had it for a while now and they still play with it. They LOVE IT!
