Review: Gets Plenty Hot for Real Wok Cooking! - I don’t think I need anything with higher BTUs. This burner gets my wok screaming hot! The first time I added oil, it was hot enough that the Avocado oil caught fire almost immediately. I’m not a wok-cooking expert, but this does exactly what I need it to do—cook fast and hot. It’s also compact, sturdy, and easy to put away when I’m finished. For the price, I’m extremely happy with it. I would absolutely recommend it and wouldn’t hesitate to buy it again.

I don’t think I need anything with higher BTUs. This burner gets my wok screaming hot! The first time I added oil, it was hot enough that the Avocado oil caught fire almost immediately. I’m not a wok-cooking expert, but this does exactly what I need it to do—cook fast and hot. It’s also compact, sturdy, and easy to put away when I’m finished. For the price, I’m extremely happy with it. I would absolutely recommend it and wouldn’t hesitate to buy it again.

This item is excellent. Great quality well built and throws out some heat. Great for the wok. Good durability and great value for the money. Probably can use for other things. Will have to try it out for cooking ideas
