Inspired by the original pioneers and adventurers who only had a bedroll to camp down at night. We wanted to create our own version for everyday outdoor life. The brief was simple make a heavy duty, warm, comfortable and water resistant roll. The result was our multi-purpose adventure roll. Made of a real Wool blend lining & 10oz heavy duty Waxed Cotton shell. Our combination of the two natural materials make for a rugged, functional bedroll perfect for camping, festivals,beach picnics or for just throwing in the car for days out. For transportation and storage the Adventure roll comes with a genuine nubuck leather strap and handle, with brass buckles and contrasting stitching. Along with a steel clip for hanging when not in use. The Northcore Adventure Roll makes the ideal addition for whatever adventures lay ahead. Review: Very well made. Worth the price. This is not a cover up in blanket. It's a ground cloth - No problem with the price. This is an edited review. My first review was a bit negative, as to the size. It is a water resitant canvas on the ground side, wool on the top side. Doesn't list an R value. But I believe it to be close to or on the money to r 1.5.

**Q: Why wouldnt you just use a wool blanket?**
A: If you have ever put a wool blanket directly on the ground you may find the canvas layer pretty nice. Also the handles look helpful. That being said, this is just a wool blend. I agree with the other user about just making your own with good wool.

**Q: How wide is this when used for sleeping, folded over your body?**
A: It does not unfold to cover your body.

**Q: What is this exactly? Is it like a sleeping bag or a blanket?**
A: Neither, it’s a durable waxed canvas “tarp” that has a inner liner of wool sowed in that you could simply lay on so that your not laying in direct soil/grass. It acts as a barrier between your sleeping bag/blanket and the ground.

**Q: Why does it cost so much, if it's just a tarp?**
A: The Northcore Camp roll is made from premium materials with a high quality finish.  The heavy duty Waxed Cotton outer with wool blend lining make this a super durable and stylish item whchc will last years and stand up to wear and tear in the outdoors

Il telo è robusto e fatto bene. Anche le cuciture. Purtroppo NON è cerato. Il cotone (canvas) non è trattato. Ho dovuto comprare la cera a parte e procedere alla sua applicazione. Un lavoraccio di 1 ora. Il titolo del prodotto è quindi fuorviante: NO waxed. Comunque, una volta finito, il prodotto è esattamente come volevo. Adesso potrà proteggermi dall’eventuale brina/umidità del terreno.
