Which is it?** A: It starts at 99.9 percent in the bulk packs but depending on how quick the product goes though the bottling equipment and the humidity on the day of packaging it can absorb a couple of percent of water from the surrounding air. We have samples analysed from time to time and this is the range we get. The worst we ever tested was 97% with the other 2 % being water. **Q: Is this really a powder.? It says that but the picture at the top is of beads.
