**Q: is there a user weight restriction for this product?**
A: The product has been tested upto 20 stone of weight.

**Q: Do you get three pieces as pictured or just one**
A: 3 pieces. All different widths so that in combination, they can fit the gap as needed. My chair has stopped 'dropping' since I bought them and use all three rings.

**Q: How does it stick? Is it magnetic? What are the dimensions?**
A: It is a 9cm tall hard plastic clip that grips the chairs pole, locking the chair at it's highest position.

**Q: what are the lengths of the 3 individual pieces, I need 11cm**
A: Three equal pieces. 12cm in total. There were no smaller parts with my order.

I needed 11cm too so had to saw one shorter.
