The natural form, folate, is what the body really needs. (3) Synthetic vitamin A – This form can reduce the absorption of vitamin D3, which is essential for health. Most people don’t know these facts about nutrition. (Due to health reasons, I had to learn all this myself.) Only one small negative: It comes in tablet form (which is cheaper) instead of vegetarian capsules.
