3 PCS NE555 DC 12V 0-10 Seconds Adjustable Delay Timer Relay Switch Module Converter Constant Current for Automotive Control System Electrical Equipment

I bought these to install between our sump pump monitors and our alarm system. Our sump pump monitors each have a SPDT relay output on them. I tied these directly into our alarm system so I would receive and audible and text warning if there was an issue with either pump. After initially connecting this up we found out that when the pumps were very active, the controllers would "blip" the relay periodically causing the alarm to respond. The pumps were never showing a fault when this happened. I think it might have something to do with the unit's built in self-test feature, but I am not 100% sure. I connected the relays to the NO output of the sump pump monitors using 12VDC and I connected the relay board outputs to the alarm panel's zone inputs. Now if there is a fault, the monitors need to stay in trouble for a solid 10 seconds before the alarm is notified. So far, I have not seen a single erroneous alert. there are no instructions included with these relays, but they are quite simple to figure out. power them up for 10 seconds and the relay trips. Getting a 3 pack was great since I only needed two, now I have a spare!

Works exactly as described and is easy.My only complaint, is that I wish it has some sort of case so it could be easier to install as a stand alone component.

Needed a short delay start for a motor.Turning the pot increases the delay.

One worked 5 cycles than keeps turning off, another never worked, and the last works good so far. But 1 out of 3 makes this a waist of money and time. No instructions is annoying but it is pretty self explanatory with a multimeter.

Bought 2 sets. Managed to return one on time. None out of 6 units worked. Some came on, but didn't connect current. One worked once, then never again. The rest didn't even have an LED light come on. It may be the worst product I've purchased here- sorry

I made a homemade golf ball return from a 110v solenoid and it worked fine, but I wanted to slow down the return rate, as the solenoid would sometimes trip before the golf ball was fully in the hole. By using this module, to slow down the solenoid's activation by one second, the return piston doesn't activate until the ball is firmly seated in the cup. Everything worked perfectly. All I had to do, was tweak the timing by turning the potentiometer screw, until the timing was just right. Very very happy.

None of these damn things work! No instructions on how to use. Don’t waste your money. Buy something else!
