This mousse expands quite a bit even after leaving the bottle, so I ended up with around a 1/4 cup or so (basically filling the cupped palm of my hand) and spread it evenly through my hair. It smells *amazing*--definitely not potent or overwhelming but it lasts faintly throughout the day which I like. My hair kept throughout the day so the hold is good but not stuff nor greasy. My hair is really fine so it gets bogged down easily but I didn't feel any of that with this product. Also pretty cheap too in comparison to some of the other products I was looking at e.g. Amika or R+co or MorroccanOil (which works for my hair when my hair salon uses it).
