Its solid and holds my wife with no problems. I have to physically move her and I drop her pretty solidly some times and its staying firm. She weighs 170 so its not a tremendous amount of weight. Looks like it could handle more. The height makes it match to her chair for easier transfer. Still trying to learn how to use a transfer board. The drop arms help with transfer. Cons: Only that the pan is not quite as tight as I would like, comes out easily and concerned my fall out a little to easy. Overall: Solid toilet, the flat surface make it much easier to transfer on and off.
