Review: 100% waterproof and is a great buy - I live in the Pacific Northwest where, it rains from the end of October through the beginning of April just about every day. This backpack is awesome, I have never put a drop of tech wax or waterproof for on this backpack and it has never leaked not once in almost 2 years since my first purchase. Once, it does start leaking. I will probably throw some waterproof on it and I would not doubt it if it lasts 8 to 10 years no problem. This is definitely a really goodbye and holds everything that I need for my Billy commute back-and-forth from home to work on my electric bike. I have also put a full-size motorcycle helmet in side of the bag as that is what, I use to travel on my commute. The full-size helmet fits very well with even extra space on top to put other items.

A: No, this bag has a chest button in the front to tighten the backpack.

**Q: I would like to ask: Can this helmet bag hold a helmet and a set of knee pads and elbow pads at the same time?**
A: It's yes for the large to fit a helmet and a set of knee and elbow pads, only helmet for the medium

**Q: What are the dimensions of this bag? I'm looking for one that's 17"x13"x9".**
A: It can fit my 17” laptop in it, but it’s not very comfortable. 
Things like my snow pants, jacket, gloves fit nice… Rainsuit and 1/2 (3/4) helmet etc.

**Q: What's the difference between small and emp small?**
A: It’s just a little bit bigger. I have both. I use the large one to hold my cold weather pants in. It give me a little extra space.
