Flavour is more decadent than some big brands, but it still has that vinegary taste to it but not as prevalent as in most other mayonnaise. Thickness is suitable - soft enough to be used as a dip or as a sandwich spread as a base, don't use it as a sandwich filler. I really can't assess it's value for money as it's not fair to compare it to mainstream condiment brands, but if compared to organic alternatives - I would say this Is better.
