A: 10”

**Q: For the 10" size, how long is the snout alone? That is, if theres a hole on a wall, how far inside can i reach?**
A: About 9 inches. Different makers measure their products differently. Mine are 12 inches overall and the alligator is a full 10 inches. If you make the hole in the wall larger you can stick your hand, arm, face, and neck in there

A: they are 3.5 inches, thanks!

**Q: how wide do the jaws open?**
A: Not very wide.  Maybe  6mm or 1/4 inch.
