Hoping I can come back and update?I must say that Customer Service replies were quick and informative. It's only been 2 weeks. I'm adjusting to wearing each day w an additional hour. First, the ear piece took me awhile to find my favorite. The smaller the more challenging to get on. Adjustments also took a bit, and found after more use I was able to go lower on volume. Learning also the right way to charge so I don't ruin them. A tad larger than some my friends wear, but I've accepted them as they are (maybe with time Mfr can make a tad smaller). Helps the two colors so I put in correctly. I'm supposed to provide input to another family member so he can decide. Also my Women's Group wants a report. So I might be referring them to these! Right now I don't know if I'll even need to update my review?
