(I have a dishwasher, but I prefer doing dishes by hand.) I was using a half teaspoon to a teaspoon per load and noticed that the glaze on my coffee mugs was peeling off and it etched my glassware. I switched to this STP and haven't looked back since. You only need a small amount per load, it's more effective, and it won't ruin your dishes! ## Features - Pure Original Ingredients Sodium Tripolyphosphate NSF/ANSI Standard 60 Certified - Use as a water softener and cleaning agent - Add to laundry detergent - Always pure ingredients with no additives - Packaged in Utah, USA ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B01MU0AVL9 | | ASIN | B01MU0AVL9 | | Best Sellers Rank | #197,562 in Health ( See Top 100 in Health ) #1,064 in Liquid Fabric Softener | | Brand | PURE ORIGINAL INGREDIENTS | | Customer Reviews | 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars (83) | | Customer reviews | 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars (83) | | Date First Available | 27 February 2019 | | Format | Powder | | Is Discontinued By Manufacturer | No | | Item model number | 1 | | Manufacturer | Pure Organics Ingredients | | Package Dimensions | 18.54 x 9.65 x 3.81 cm; 249.48 g | ## Product Details - **Brand:** PURE ORIGINAL INGREDIENTS - **Item form:** Powder - **Material features:** Clean - **Material type free:** Dye Free - **Scent:** Original ## Images ![Pure Original Ingredients Sodium Tripolyphosphate (8 oz) Powerful Cleaning Agent, Water Softener, Laundry Additive - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71+sysbtXZL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Is there a SDS available for this product from the manufacturer?** A: There is an SDS available for Pure Organic Ingredients Sodium Tripolyphosphate. You know, maybe. I certainly wouldn't be irresponsible enough to do so, but if I were, I'm sure I would have found it worked well. ## Frequently Bought Together - Pure Original Ingredients Sodium Tripolyphosphate (8 oz) Powerful Cleaning Agent, Water Softener, Laundry Additive - ARM & HAMMER Super Washing Soda Household Cleaner and Laundry Booster, 55 oz Box - PURE ORIGINAL INGREDIENTS Borax Powder (2 lb) Sodium Borate, Multipurpose Cleaning Agent, Ideal Slime Ingredient --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/601516081-pure-original-ingredients-sodium-tripolyphosphate-8-oz-powerful-cleaning-agent](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/601516081-pure-original-ingredients-sodium-tripolyphosphate-8-oz-powerful-cleaning-agent) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-11-06*
