The brake reservoir cap leaked where the plastic meets the metal quick-connect fitting. I had to take the fitting off and wrap it with PTFE tape. After that, it worked and held pressure well enough to bleed my brakes. Also, there was brake fluid residue inside the unit and hoses when I opened it, which strongly suggests this was a returned item (possibly due to the leak) that got resold. I kept it because I needed to get the job done and didn’t want the hassle of a return, but selling an obviously defective/used product isn’t acceptable. Works after you fix it.
