Weird for a product like this?** A: Thank you for your question, the inner MYAID packaging was previously only ever closed but not sealed; whilst the outer brown shipment packaging was and still is shipped sealed. However, recently we have begun to seal the MYAID packaging after suggestions from our customers. It is used when sitting on the toilet to have the bowels open. After applying lubricant to the paddle end it is inserted into the vagina and gently pushed backwards to re-position the rectocele to allow the stool to pass.
