I ordered this Innersense Organic Beauty - Natural Hair Renew Daily Active Serum for my wife, who wanted to try it to see if it would help her thinning hair. She has been looking for products that promote hair growth, whether they be vitamins to take internally, shampoos or serums. When she saw the Product Ad for this serum the first thing that struck her was that it is made with quality organic ingredients, which is great for her as she really appreciates products made with organic ingredients!What she's been typically doing is applying the serum after washing her hair, and also occasionally applying it at night on dry hair. She told me that it is very easy to apply, she just adds a few drops along her part line and at her temples and massages it into her scalp with her fingers. You never know when ordering a product online if it will in fact work like the product ad claims or not - but for my wife it actually helped her a lot. She said that it gives her hair extra and it really seems like it has increased her hair's volume! Furthermore, she's actually noticed new hair growth since using this product - amazing! Needless to say, she's thrilled with the results!

My poor scalp is so dry, flaky and itchy in the winter. I was excited to try Innersense's scalp care serum. I do not regret my choice!My scalp is very dry and flaky. It also gets a both a dry feel and a waxy feel to it. I was curious to see if this product would help that. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was able to clear both issues up quickly. I used this product after washing and conditioning my hair. I parted my hair with a comb. The pictures on the ad show the product being applied directly to the scalp using a dropper. I instead dropped a few drops into my hand and warmed them for a moment. I then applied this product to my scalp. I noticed that evening my scalp didn't look as flaky. I also had a dry patch on the side of my scalp and applied it there as well to good results.I find Innersense to be on the pricier side but this one works. It also only takes a very small amount. Use sparingly and you will still see results. I cannot comment on hair growth and this product due to not having it long. I will say it does wonders for a dry and patchy scalp!

I like this serum as it really does a good job of helping to calm and soothe my irritated, dry, and itchy scalp + it feels clarifying. I have long, baby-fine hair and so many scalp treatments, hair serums and oils just weigh it down and leave it looking greasy and dirty. This one doesn't it. It is a clear, light-weight serum that is only a little bit thicker than water. It is easy to apply just a few drops and massage it into my scalp as suggested. It takes about 30 minutes for my hair to dry, and it does leave a bit of a residue, and my hair feels thicker and looks a bit darker near the roots, but it isn't oily at all. And, after brushing my hair, my hair does look thicker and still has a decent amount of volume. Because of the odd darkening, the color of my natural, undyed hair looks a bit uneven after applying this product. So, I have found that it works best for me if I apply it at night before bedtime, cover my hair while sleeping and then wash it out the next morning. The serum comes out easily with a single shampoo and rinse and I do think it helps my hair look fuller and it is more manageable. I've tried quite a few scalp treatments, and I'm happy with how well this one works for me. I don't know if it will really have any effect on growth, but I'll definitely finish the bottle to see what comes about. I only need a small amount, so the one-ounce bottle will likely last quite a while.

I like everything about this scalp/hair treatment -- from the sturdy box to the clear labeling, from the bottle to the great combination of ingredients! You can tell that some products are made with care and attention to detail, and this is definitely once such product!For me, ingredients is always key. This has lots of fruit and flower extracts, including tea tree, sunflower, peppermint, hemp, and more. The directions advise using 4 to 6 drops and I have found this to be a perfect amount. It is effective (no itching or flaking of scalp, and a sense of the scalp being nourished) and there is NO oily residue.You can apply the oil after washing hair or even on dry hair. I prefer to use it after washing hair -- it just seems to penetrate the skin quicker and easier. I don't really have many scalp issues but I imagine it would be helpful especially if your scalp is dry or sensitive.There is absolutely nothing I dislike about this really lovely treatment, so here's a Definite Recommend from me!

This is an excellent hair serum and has no oily residue. The serum invigorates my scalp and helps to hydrate and relieve dry itichiness that I tend to get, especially in the winter months. I use it when my hair is wet after I get out of the shower. I apply it all over my scalp which is usually a full dropper and massage with a scalp massager. You can also use your fingers, it works great. Does not leave hair oily or greasy and is a watery serum that is packed with quality ingredients. Love the way my hair feels. Look forward to seeing if it helps with hair growth now that my scalp is feeling more healthy. Great product. Would purchase again

I like this hair oil a lot! It's very moisturizing without being sticky or feeling greasy. The smell isn't my absolute favorite but it isn't the worst either. Ultimately, it's a good product and I'd recommend it.

Can't really tell a difference using this product.

I have one area of thinning hair and have been looking for a good solution. I’ve been using other Innersense products for about six months and really like them so thought I’d give this a try. There’s not much scent (which is a good thing) and it’s easy to apply. Innersense products are full of simple ingredients that don’t leave buildup or coating on hair. It feels nice. I’m not entirely sure it’s helping with any hair regrowth, but it does seem a little fuller there. I’ll update with changes.
