Contacted the company who were quite rude via email until I sent pictures. They then accepted it had to be returned. They sent returns label and it was only when I arrived at the post office, I learned that I was liable for the costs to return the faulty set. When contacted again, I was told repeatedly about people trying to scam them and I would be refunded postage when they received faulty curtains. These apparently got lost in the post but they refused to send new set to me until I threatened them with trading standards. I had sent them a copy of my proof of postage to prove I wasn't "scamming them".When emailing back and forward the emails got more polite when it came to their attention they were in the wrong. It was all me, me, me from the company and not thinking about their customer.Still waiting for my refund for returning the item but not holding my breath I will get it.Eventually I have received a replacement for the curtains and they are what you would expect for the price, all in all they are fine for the purpose but the company should really think about their customer service approach. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ quick delivery, fantastic quality. *by A***T on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 24 July 2013* Lovely quality looks alot more expensive than what they are.They have a nice sheen to them and seem to be totally pet fur proof, previous curtains would attract the fur and stick to them so that's huge bonus.For the price you can't beat them, I've not seen anywhere selling curtains full length at that price.I'd recommend them to everybody. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Don’t buy if you expect full blackout .
