The etched pattern inside seems a little odd and I half expected that to make it difficult to clean - I wondered if the grooves might get clogged with food or oil or something - but that doesn't seem to be an issue at all as the etching is very fine and very very shallow.The two handles are a useful touch as well.(Works on electric jobs as well...
