My age is 43 years. I am definitely experiencing an increase in energy, though I am not sure if its due to placebo. My wife has noticed difference in performance as well (she is not aware of my usage of this tab). I had in the past used ashwagandha of other brands (including Himalaya's other cheap variety) without experiencing any significant benefits. In their defence I may add that earlier I was not taking them with warm milk as recommended. With this variety I am taking it with warm milk in the morning daily. I have also made minor adjustments in my diet and physical activity routine. In summary I cannot certify if the benefits I am enjoying lately is due to the ashwagandha tablets, but I will definitely order them again.
